How the programme works
The Seasonal Worker Programme lets approved Australian employers hire workers from eligible countries, including Nepal, for seasonal work mainly in agriculture and horticulture.
Approved employers must meet Australian workplace laws covering minimum wages, accommodation and workplace health and safety.
Recruitment channels that are legitimate
